Workout lengths vary from just 10 minutes all the way up to 60, so that you can pick and choose based on your schedule, your day and your body. This is YOUR workout.
Individual videos may be used as stand-alone workouts or grouped together to build the perfect workout that you’re needing on a day to day basis.

I’m your Instructor: Bayley
I have loved exercise since I could drive myself to the gym at 16 years old. The older I got, the more fired up about it I became. It was a part of me. It was always a part of my life; it was how I was made: made to do it, made to love it.
This has looked very different over the years, going through seasons of highs and lows. Times of health but also times when it became more of an obsession and a distraction. Nonetheless, I remember vividly the day I was invited to use this love of mine and flip it from something previously centered around me to then begin focusing on others.
Soon after I began pursuing fitness professionally so that I could come alongside other women and help them on their own journeys to better health, wellness and strength. I became certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and since have continued my education with certifications as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Nutrition Specialist and Small Group Training. My specialty and very favorite form of fitness is FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH – getting strong and getting fit for the life ahead.
It has been my greatest honor and pleasure to walk alongside women all these years as they pursue greater wellness and strength. Everyday that I get to do that is a gift and I am so thankful!
