Try this quick EMOM circuit for strength, mobility Try this quick EMOM circuit for strength, mobility, and core work — all while being kind to your joints. Low impact doesn’t mean low intensity 🔥

⏱ 5–10 Minute EMOM
(Every Minute On the Minute)
Complete the reps before the minute ends, rest with whatever time you have left, then repeat for 5+ rounds.

Exercises:
▫️ Monster walk down the mat + back
▫️ Low impact jumping jack punches x6
▫️ Slow marches (hello core 👀) x4-8
▫️ Squat + dumbbell “around the moon” 🌙🤪 x4-6

⚡️Benefits:
• Low impact cardio
• Shoulder mobility
• Core engagement
• Functional strength
• Quick + effective

Band setup: stand ON the band and loop it around your feet — not above the knees 🙌
