This is an all-inclusive fitness program designed for individuals of varying abilities. With customizable modifications and a self-paced approach, our program accommodates participants: new to exercise or getting back in the swing of things as well as lifelong exercise enthusiasts! Joining the Thankfully Fit team will eliminate the guesswork and empower you to take charge of your unique fitness journey. The workouts are always fun and original, hitting it all: Strength Training, Cardiovascular Endurance, HIIT, Core Strengthening, Stability and Agility.

Choose your perfect workout:

Not every body is the same, your workout shouldn’t be either. I’ll walk you through ways to modify your workouts. Below is just one example of how the exercises are customized and scalable for many levels.

Change does not happen overnight but with consistency.

What you’ll need to participate:

Dumbells

Preferably at least a set of: light, medium, heavy

Resistance bands

Bands often come in a multipack with varying levels of resistance.

Exercise step

A step stool works well too

Sturdy Chair or Coffee Table

If you are new to exercise or know you’ll be modifying, you will need a sturdy chair or coffee table handy.

Tablet, Smartphone, or Laptop

You’ll need a way to login to your account and watch the workout videos. 

I’m your Instructor: Bayley

I have loved exercise since I could drive myself to the gym at 16 years old. The older I got, the more fired up about it I became. It was a part of me. It was always a part of my life; it was how I was made: made to do it, made to love it.

This has looked very different over the years, going through seasons of highs and lows. Times of health but also times when it became more of an obsession and a distraction. Nonetheless, I remember vividly the day I was invited to use this love of mine and flip it from something previously centered around me to then begin focusing on others.

Soon after I began pursuing fitness professionally so that I could come alongside other women and help them on their own journeys to better health, wellness and strength. I became certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and since have continued my education with certifications as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Nutrition Specialist and Small Group Training. My specialty and very favorite form of fitness is FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH – getting strong and getting fit for the life ahead. 

It has been my greatest honor and pleasure to walk alongside women all these years as they pursue greater wellness and strength. Everyday that I get to do that is a gift and I am so thankful!
